Former Stanford University Medical Center Executive Joins Accumen as Senior Vice President of Sales
Andrew Azan joins team as seasoned sales and business development leader
SAN DIEGO, CA, April 25, 2017 – Accumen Inc. is pleased to announce its recent hiring of Andrew Azan as Senior Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Azan joins Accumen’s sales team and will execute strategies to benefit hospital and health system clients and lead continuous organizational growth.
Azan brings extensive experience to Accumen through working in leadership roles at Hill-Rom and The Risk Authority Stanford. Azan served as the Executive Vice President of Business Strategy for The Risk Authority Stanford as an integral contributor in all areas of business development and played a critical role in delivering proprietary expertise and innovative solutions.
Prior to this role, he served as Area Vice President for Hill-Rom and spent over a decade with the company in various positions. Among his accomplishments at Hill-Rom, he started in the long-term care division and worked in acute care as well, where he was very successful in sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Early in his career, Azan focused on healthcare sales and immersed himself in learning while serving as a Senior Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager at ArjoHuntleigh.
Over his career, Azan has consistently guided teams in winning multi-million dollar deals and devised highly effective sales strategies as well as identifying business development best practices. The healthcare expertise Azan brings to Accumen will help drive growth and create value within new hospital and health system partnerships.
