Associate Program Manager

Sheryl is an Associate Program Manager for our Patient Blood Management team at Accumen. She partners with the clinical delivery team providing program management and support in developing and formalizing administrative systems.

Sheryl has extensive experience supporting both academic and healthcare systems in daily operations. She has been instrumental in the success of several major healthcare initiatives and promoting organizational change. In her last role at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, she directly impacted the journey to becoming a Magnet designated facility. She was involved in ensuring quality accountability of nurse sensitive indicators and creating several professional development initiatives.

Sheryl holds a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. She also maintains two certifications from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) with Organizational Management (OM) specialization.
